• Transaction Risks: All transactions are strictly between the buyer and seller.
• Verification: High-volume sellers (as defined by the INFORM Act) may be required to provide verifiable authenticating information.

4. Event Listings & Ticket Transparency

If tickets are sold for events listed on the site:

• Total Cost Disclosure: In accordance with New York Law (S. 9461), the total cost of any ticket—including all mandatory fees—must be disclosed before the user selects the ticket for purchase.
